Emma Sommos

Emma Somos is a MSc in Sociology student at the University of Oxford and a first-class BSc Sociology graduate from the London School of Economics. Her research interests are currently social stratification, economic elites and politics of climate change. She is working as a research assistant at the Oxford Internet Institute and the Blavatnik School of Governance. She also gained some policy experience acting as a UNICEF Youth Ambassador and as the Hungarian representative at the Winter School of the European Leadership Academy. Her interest in inequalities stem from her work at the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service fundraising annually to support children from underprivileged backgrounds.
