Ye Eun HaYe Eun is a DPhil student in Social Policy and a member of Green Templeton College at the University of Oxford. Her DPhil research explores the policy drivers shaping Indonesia’s National Health Insurance (NHI) reforms and the implementation challenges, particularly in addressing the health needs of marginalized populations.
She holds a Master of Public Policy from Seoul National University and a dual bachelor’s degree in Social Work as well as Political Science and Diplomacy from Yonsei University, South Korea. She previously served as an assistant researcher at the Global Development Institute for Public Affairs (GDI, formerly the Asia Development Institute) at Seoul National University. Her work experience also includes supporting research and evaluation of international development projects for government agencies and assisting with development loan projects in the Global South. |
